How controlled access works
Identity
Every user has a verified identity. Two-factor authentication and biometric login protect account access. Sessions are bound to the authenticated user.
Permissions
Role-based access controls what each user can see and do. Branch restrictions limit visibility to authorised locations. Approval limits control financial authority.
Auditability
Every action is recorded — who did what, from where, when. The immutable audit trail works identically whether the user is at headquarters or on a phone in the field.
Session Security
HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict cookies for web sessions. JWT tokens with 15-minute expiry for mobile. Account lockout after 5 failed attempts.
