Reporting & Management Insight
Every module feeds one reporting layer. Real-time dashboards, financial statements, operational reports, and strategic KPIs — all from the same data.
Who this is for
CEOs, directors, department heads, and anyone who needs to see what is happening across the organisation — without waiting for month-end reports or asking someone to run a query.
If you sit on a board, manage a department, report to donors, or need to make decisions based on current data rather than last month's spreadsheets, this module replaces manual report preparation with live, role-based dashboards.
What you can do
Executive Dashboard
Today's sales, monthly performance with achievement bars, low stock alerts, gross margin, active customers, and 12-month trend charts. The first screen a managing director sees.
Accounting Dashboard
Total assets, liabilities, equity, and net profit at a glance. Current ratio, debt-to-equity, and profit margin with Healthy/Fair/Weak indicators. Trial balance status.
Sales Manager Dashboard
Sales performance by rep, territory, and product. Pipeline visibility. Achievement against targets. Top customers and overdue accounts.
Store Dashboard
Active stores, total stock value, low stock items, inventory by location with utilisation bars, pending transfers, and expiring batches with urgency badges.
Procurement Dashboard
Open purchase requests, open POs, GRNs today, pending invoices, AP total with overdue aging, and quick actions for procurement officers.
KPI Dashboard
Strategic KPIs with targets and actuals. Track performance across financial, customer, internal process, and learning perspectives. Linked to the balanced scorecard.
Compliance Dashboard
Monitor compliance status across the organisation. Track audit findings, corrective actions, and regulatory requirements. Generate compliance reports for boards and regulators.
Financial Statements
Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and trial balance. Departmental and consolidated views. Export to PDF or Excel. Configurable reporting periods.
How it connects
Reporting is not a separate module — it is the lens through which every other module is visible. Every dashboard pulls from the same live data:
- Accounting → financial statements, budgets, trial balance, cash flow
- Sales → sales trends, customer analytics, agent performance, pipeline
- Inventory → stock levels, valuation, movement history, reorder alerts
- Procurement → spend analysis, vendor performance, AP aging
- HR → headcount, payroll costs, leave balances, appraisal scores
- Manufacturing → production efficiency, yield, QC statistics, WIP value
- Strategy & BSC → strategic objectives, KPIs, departmental workplans
Controls and permissions
Role-Based Dashboards
Each user sees only the dashboards relevant to their role. Finance sees accounting dashboards; sales managers see sales dashboards. No cross-department data leakage.
Data Access Scoping
Reports respect the same permission boundaries as transactions. A branch manager sees only their branch data. A department head sees only their department's costs.
Export Controls
Data exports (PDF, Excel) are logged with user and timestamp. Sensitive reports (financial statements, payroll summaries) require additional approval before export.
Audit Trail
Every report generation, export, and dashboard configuration change is logged. INSERT-only records. Report access history available for compliance reviews.
